Services
Turnkey chemical cleaning and steam blowing
Together with Proses Su Teknolojileri A.Ş. and Germany’s GCE Service GmbH, we have delivered joint projects since 2019 with domestic and international boiler manufacturers and operating thermal plants. Chemical cleaning and steam blowing projects are executed turnkey in accordance with the German VGB S-513 standard.
Steam blowing
We have strong field experience in quiet steam blowing with lower fuel consumption and refinery decontamination.
Boiler water phase
We perform chemical cleaning of economizers, water walls, drums, steam separators, and storage tanks.
Boiler steam phase
We apply chemical cleaning and steam blowing on superheater and reheater lines.

Field equipment and laboratory
We monitor processes with a 2×600 m³/h – 15 bar inverter-driven pump station, mixing tank, acid dosing pumps, a 3.4 MW steam generator, steam injection system, cross-flow valve station, and a field laboratory equipped with spectrometer, pH meter, conductivity, ORP, and ultrasonic flow meter. Wastewater management design, membrane coating, and disposal consulting are available as optional services.
